Services and Fees
My role as your celebrant is to ensure that you get the ceremony of your dreams.
To ensure that this is fulfilled there needs to be great communication and collaboration between client and celebrant.
So my services include:
- All emails, all meetings either in person or by Skype
- Collecting all the information necessary from the client to draft an initial ceremony
- Drafting the initial ceremony, making any changes to this until the ceremony is perfect for the client’s needs
- Attending and giving advice at the set-up and rehearsal, and of course the actual ceremony itself
You can be as creative you like with your ceremony. It can be long, short, funny, serious, religious or all of the above, it is totally up to you. You are only limited by your imagination and this will ensure that you get the ceremony of your dreams.
Fees
Please allow in your budget:
Celebrant Fee $500.00
P.A. systems hire $100.00 (optional)
I can hire a P.A. system that is suitable for up to 100 plus guests (this is optional, but I highly recommend it if you have more than 30 guests).
This system can also play your music via iPhone or iPod; all you will need is someone to cue your music for you.
(Note the hire is only for the ceremony but can be booked overnight for $250:00 if clients want to use at reception for speeches and music)
Generator Hire $ 50.00
This is only needed if there is no power at your wedding site (Glendhu Station and Criffle for example don’t have power at the wedding site)
Travel Fee $50.00/travel (usually two are required, one for rehearsal and one for the ceremony)
*Travel fee only applies for travel outside of Wanaka...no charge for Hawea, Cardrona, Glendhu Bay or Queensberry
